The PGD ARCH GEN3 high-cut ballistic helmet is built with high-performance Kevlar® aramid fibers (DuPont, USA) and engineered for professional military and law-enforcement use worldwide. A proprietary pre-preg lamination and press process delivers a multi-hit, durable shell at lower weight, with consistent performance in ambient, wet, hot, cold, and humid environments.
Ballistic Performance
- Shell materials: Kevlar® aramid fibers (DuPont, USA) processed into aramid layers by Saati S.p.A. (Italy), then pressed into final shell
- Proprietary pre-preg lamination for multi-hit durability at reduced mass

Fit, Comfort & Impact Mitigation
- PGD 10-pad memory foam liner: conforms in 2–3 seconds; reduces blunt-impact forces; pads are Velcro® mounted and easily replaceable
- PGD retention & dial: American-made Duraflex® buckles with a precise rear PGD Dial for secure, tailored fit
- Shell performance remains stable wet or dry and in extreme heat/cold/humidity; ballistic properties do not fade over time
Rail & Shroud System
- Front shroud & side rails: polymer + glass-fiber composite for higher tensile strength and lower weight than common die-cast metals (Al, Mg, Zn)
- NVG shroud compatibility: Wilcox, Norotos, Cadex and similar mounts
- Headset adapter compatibility: 3M Peltor, Sordin, Ops-Core AMP arms, Earmor, and comparable systems; accessory attachment via rails or included Velcro®
